Nick Roshdieh - Director of Sales:
Nick Roshdieh is a nationally recognized expert in the Southern California real estate market. Vince Bindi - Director of Marketing & Broker:
Mr. Bindi has over 15 years of real estate experience, and over 20 years of Internet and related Technologies experience. His creative marketing techniques and expertise in both Internet and Print advertising has resulted in the sales of over 750 properties. Mr. Bindi employs a multi-faceted Internet marketing strategy consisting of multiple websites, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), expansive Pay-Per-Click advertising, Social Networking, and Web Portal banner ads – all for the sole purpose of maximizing the advertising exposure of each and every Listing that eVantage Real Estate markets for sale.
Mr. Bindi holds a Real Estate Broker's License, and has earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Missouri and Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He also was previously licensed as a General Contractor.
