Vince Bindi:
Mr. Bindi has over 15 years of real estate experience, and has been responsible for the marketing and sales of over 500 homes. His creative marketing techniques, highly effective Internet advertising, analytical expertise, superb negotiating skills and dogged persistence delivers unmatched service to both home Sellers and Buyers.
Mr. Bindi holds a Real Estate Brokers License, and has received numerous awards for sales achievement. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Missouri and Masters of Science degree from Purdue University. He also was previously licensed as a General Contractor and Manufactured Home Dealer.
Karen Fiddler:
Karen is a licensed Realtor and combines her real estate expertise with the power of computer technology to better serve home buyers and sellers. By effectively utilizing technology, she ultimately save her customers time and money. Ms. Fiddler has resided in South Orange County since 1967, and is well versed in the details of most every community in this area. She also owns several real estate investment properties in the local south Orange County marketplace, and has assembled a team of expert real estate service providers such as; Home Inspectors, numerous contractors, handymen, and more, who combine their skills and talents to help buyers and sellers achieve the desired results.
Teresa Cordes:
Customer relationship is at the core of what Teresa Cordes has to offer. Teresa has been a licensed Realtor since 1990 and prior to that, she brings many years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer/Supervisor and Account Sales Manager. Ms. Cordes always puts the customer first and foremost in their transactions, and educates her clients in every step of the purchasing and selling transaction. It is her pledge to provide clients with sound real estate advice, helping them to understand the wisdom of the decisions they make. She is a Member of National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors MLS and has lived in Orange County since the 1970’s.
Suzie Bindi:
Mrs. Bindi has been a licensed real estate agent since 1989. She has unmatched communication, negotiation and expediting skills. She managed the sales and escrow of over 400 home closings and was also set-up and presided over a homeowners association for a new 60 Unit Townhome Development.
Mrs. Bindi caring and meticulous style ensures smooth and timely close of transactions. She has been married to Vince for 20 years, and they have three daughters, ages 16, 15 and 8.
Karen La Rue:
Karen has over 7 Years experience in Real Estate Industry as a Licensed Real Estate professional with specific experience in staff and vendor management, and excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. Karen handles the all important paperwork trail in a well-organized fashion and pays close attention to details that produces top quality work. Ms. La Rue handles about 25 transactions per month and has closed over 1,000 transactions in her career, assuring that every one of them was complete, accurate, fully executed and met with DRE disclosure standards.
