About the Nellie Gail Community and Estate Properties

Nellie Gail is an equestrian estate subdivision located in the foothills of Laguna Hills. The first homes were built in 1977, just south of Oso Parkway and east of Moulton. Construction continued from that time forward, on up to modern time. Presley and John Upton built most of the tract home estates, while other independent builders constructed the numerous spec built custom estates that distinguish Nellie Gail from many other communities throughout the area.
