Bio for Vincent Bindi:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Mr. Bindi has over 17 years of real estate experience, and has been responsible for the marketing and sales of over 600 homes, and the sale of over 50 REO and foreclosure properties. Mr. Bindi holds a Real Estate Brokers License in the state of California, and has received numerous awards for sales production. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Missouri and Masters degree from Purdue University. Mr. Bindi used to hold a General Contractors license and has completed the Wells Fargo Premier Asset Services (PAS) “Learning the REO Ropes” training course.
PROPERTY EVALUATION, MANAGEMENT AND RENOVATION EXPERIENCE: Mr. Bindi has overseen and expedited the renovation of over 40 bank repossessed and foreclosure homes.
