The OC Realty Group is actively seeking a motivated and qualified buyers agent to help us service the many inquires and leads we receive each week, and to work with these clients to purchase or sell real estate. The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience
- Posses an active California Real Estate License
- Motivated and enjoys working with home buyers.
- Some proficiency with modern day technologies such as email, Internet access, and contact management software such as Outlook, Act, TopProducer, etc.
The OC Realty Group will provide buyer agent with the following:
- All leads
- Personal marketing webpage
- State-of-the-art online contact management system
- Traning and support for real estate sales, contract negotiation and technology usage.
- Generous commission splits
