We recently purchased our beach front vacation dream home with Nick representing us in this transaction. His creativity, hard work and persistence made the difference in getting us the information that we needed in order to make an informed decision. If he didn't have an immediate answer to one of our questions, than he researched to get us the answer. For example, we are planning to make a room addition to this home, which may impact the ocean view of the existing neighbors behind us. Nick interviewed the neighbors, took photographs, generated renderings of the room addition, set-up meetings with Architects, consulted with Attorneys, and visited with the Home Owners Association. This is the information that we needed to feel comfortable with our chances of obtaining approval for our proposed room addition. Our previous home purchasing experience was not a pleasant one. Therefore, I do not give out my recommendations easily. But I am pleased to recommend the eVantage Home Team."
