San Clemente California offers a wide variety of beach close homes. For decades, this charming, laid back city has been both a favorite coastal destination and one of the nicest spots in Orange County to live. San Clemente boasts of three public Golf Courses, a State Beach, municipal Ocean Pier, and 15 parks. Other recreational activities include: hiking, horse trails, biking trails, fishing, surfing and more. The commuter rail (Metrolink) stops at the municipal pier.

Amazingly, the whole feel and pace of the place hasn’t changed much since then. The sun still shines about 342 days a year, and the people are still some the friendliest around. A national magazine even rated San Clemente CA as "the best beach town in America".
